Finally companies are starting to get it.  It is the intangibles that are the hardest to qualify and quantify but they are THE MOST IMPORTANT determiner of success.  People can learn technologies, or “skills”….but you can’t learn how to be AWESOME!!  Companies need to hire for AWESOME and teach the rest.
