Great Read here with a lot of great points made!! Times have changed with regards to how candidates want to be contacted, interacted with, treated etc.. and the employers/companies that recognize and embrace these changes are the ones who will succeed. The ones who choose to stay stuck in the past will continue to wonder why their roles remain unfilled.
