There is NEVER going to be a way to make recruiting less “Human” and have it be successful. Recruiting/HR/Hiring are all PEOPLE centric and people want to interact with other people. They don’t want to interact with Technology or bots or apps. All of those things are “tools” to make the recruiting and hiring process MORE HUMAN focused not less. Don’t try and take the humanity out of recruiting…use Technology and innovation to put it back in!!!!
